Treatments include “hands-on” therapy, complimentary aromatherapy, & self-care recommendations with physiological explanation.
Sessions are designed to induce the Para-Sympathetic Nervous System (relaxation response) to break down postural holding patterns & encourage the most benefit for the recipient. Then, areas of trauma or distress, as well as surrounding & contributing tissue are targeted.
Intention is on understanding & positively affecting not just the “what”, but also the “why” of tissue abnormalities and/or dysfunctions.
