HPM Sessions can be scheduled at select locations or HPM can bring premium massage services to the convenience & comfort of your own home, hotel, or office with our out-call servicing option. Services are available throughout Chicago and its North, West, and NW Suburbs.
Mon-Fri, 7am – 10pm
Sat-Sun 8am-8pm
- Clients receive complimentary access to Lifestart Center facilities & amenities on the day massage services are performed.
- Treatments include “hands-on” therapy, complimentary aromatherapy, & self-care recommendations with physiological explanation.
- Kinesiology (the study of muscles & movement) is used to help promote ideal tissue health.
- Sessions are designed to induce the Para-Sympathetic Nervous System (relaxation response) to break down postural holding patterns & encourage the most benefit for the recipient. Then, areas of trauma or distress, as well as surrounding & contributing tissue are targeted.
- Intention is on understanding & positively affecting not just the “what”, but also the “why” of tissue abnormalities and/or dysfunctions.
