Sessions can be scheduled at any select Lifestart Center or HPM can bring premium massage services to the convenience & comfort of your own home, hotel, or office with our out-call servicing option. Services are available throughout Chicago and its North, West, and NW Suburbs.

HPM sessions can be scheduled
Monday-Saturday, 8am – 10pm
LifeStart Ctr. appts. limited to hours of operation.

HPM clients receive complimentary access to Lifestart Center facilities & amenities on the day massage services are performed.
HPM uses kinesiology (the study of muscles & movement), to help promote ideal tissue health.
HPM sessions are designed to induce the Para-Sympathetic Nervous System (relaxation response) to break down postural holding patterns & encourage the most benefit for the recipient. Then, areas of trauma or distress, as well as surrounding & contributing tissue are targeted.
HPM treatments include “hands-on” therapy, complimentary aromatherapy, & self-care recommendations with physiological explanation.
HPM is intent on understanding & positively affecting not just the “what”, but also the “why” of tissue abnormalities and/or dysfunctions.
